No, guest checkout works for one-time orders. An account keeps your order history, lot numbers and saved boxes in one place, and you need one for a monthly box so you can pause or cancel it.

Yes. Lab accounts support multiple buyers and shared order history.

By credit or debit card at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered where your device supports them. Your card is charged when you place the order.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law, and shown before you pay.

Orders can’t be changed or cancelled once they’re placed, so please check your items and shipping address before you pay.

You choose a box size and the research categories you want; we pick the vials from those categories. Every box is worth more than you pay. Sizes: Starter box (6 vials, up to 1 category, $150 or $128/month, worth at least $175), Standard box (12 vials, up to 2 categories, $300 or $255/month, worth at least $350) and Lab box (20 vials, up to 3 categories, $480 or $408/month, worth at least $650). Boxes start at $128.

With Build a Box you choose every vial yourself, at its normal price (and Skynn H20 is free from 4 vials). With a Research Box you choose the categories and we fill the box at a fixed price that’s lower than what the vials are worth. Choose Build a Box when you know exactly which vials you need, and a Research Box for the best value.

It’s the same Research Box, delivered every month at 15% off (Starter box $128, Standard box $255 and Lab box $408 a month). It includes: skynn H20 in every box, free standard shipping, price locked while subscribed and pause or cancel anytime. Pick your size and categories once.

You pay for the first box at checkout. Before each following box ships, we email you a reminder; the price you signed up at stays the same while you’re subscribed. You need an account to subscribe.

Yes, anytime before your next box ships, from Account → Subscriptions. A cancelled subscription can’t be restarted, so start a new one if you want it again.

Yes. Email support@skynnlabs.com with the new categories before your next box ships and we’ll update it.

We pick them from the categories you choose when we pack your box, based on current lots and stock. Each vial carries its lot number, and every lot has its certificate in the documentation library.

Pick any eligible vials and concentrations, then check out as one box. You choose every vial, at its normal price. Add 4 or more vials and Skynn H20 is included free. A box holds up to 12 vials.

Yes. Each compound in the builder has its own concentration and quantity controls.

Prices are per vial for the concentration shown. Any savings, such as bulk or box pricing, are itemized in your cart before you pay.

Yes, on the same vial: 2 units 3% off, 3-10 units 10% off, 11-29 units 15% off, 30+ units 35% off. It applies automatically in your cart.

No. There’s one discount per order: a discount code can’t be used together with another code, or with bulk pricing, Build a Box pricing, sale prices or Research Box pricing. If your cart already has one of those savings, it’s applied automatically and a code won’t be accepted.

Every vial is printed with its lot number. Scan the QR code on the label, or search the lot number in the documentation library, to open the certificate for that exact lot. Each product page also shows its current lot.

It identifies the production batch your vial came from. It’s printed on the label and recorded on your order, so you can always match the material you received to its certificate.

Yes. Earlier lots stay listed under each compound in the documentation library and on the product page.

When the lot is released. If a lot you received isn’t listed yet, contact us with the lot number and we’ll send it.

To addresses in the United States only. We can’t ship internationally.

Within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You’ll get an email with tracking when it ships.

Standard and Expedited. Prices are calculated live from your address and order weight and shown before you pay. Monthly boxes ship free with Standard delivery.

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days or more, email support@skynnlabs.com with your order number. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and reship your order once at no cost.

No. Because we can’t verify how materials were stored once they leave us, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Email support@skynnlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, its label and the packaging, and we’ll make it right.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Keep vials sealed in their original packaging until use. Storage conditions are printed on the vial label.
