Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for lawful laboratory research. All purchases are subject to our research-use policy.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Volume, lineup and promotional pricing is shown in your cart before you pay.

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.

If we make a pricing mistake on your order, we’ll let you know and refund the difference. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we’ll refund that item.

If an item was clearly listed far below its real price because of a typo or system error, we may contact you to cancel that item and refund it in full. The rest of your order still ships.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions can’t be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time. Free gifts are included only while the qualifying conditions are met.

Product information

Product descriptions and certificates of analysis describe materials as supplied. Products are provided for research only, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for misuse of products or use outside of laboratory research.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
